Discussed site with Tony from McAlvain who is overseeing project in cooperation with Ideal Demolition. This permit is for the demolition only, the rest is under ESC14-00239

Construction entrance will be re-used asphalt chunks and located off of La Pointe Steet instead of Sherwood. The existing asphalt is to be peeled back from curbing making a trench that will trap sediment for the entire perimeter. Placement of wattles as in ESC plan is not practical for this phase. Drop inlets surrounding site have filter protection.

Met owner/RP Lance on site to discuss new entrance work to allow for movement of a modular home. Berm was cut to make access wider. New area is contained with a wattle that is trenched and staked properly. Will be moved when trailer is moving home. Area will be landscaped or turned into an entrance with road mix. No corrections at this time.

Email from PW Mike Shepard alert ESC division that hydroseed was applied on margins of access road. Inspection observations found this to be true. There have been no dust or trackout issues have been observed in recent months. Stockpiles have naturally vegetated. The rest is pit run, river rock, and gravel. No further ESC inspections required.
