Overhead rough-in inspection for the auditoruim area failed due to overspaced upright heads, missing coverage at the SW stair landing, provide flexible couplings at the 4' main where lacking correct seismic clearance at the block walls east and west sides, noted changes in pipe routing of the 4" main not indicated on plans at the intersection of the catwalk and cross main, the north half of the pendent heads at cloud ceilings are not yet complete, noted site made EQ braces consisting of unistrut and bent 3/8" all-thread rod attatched to truss webs are not approved or listed for this use-provide materials and components installed in such a way to meet appropriate guidelines per NFPA 13.
