Inspection was for just the branchlines and related components since the sprinkler drops are not installed yet. Branchline restraints and earth quake bracing is missing. Also wood sheating has been installed around the exterior walls of the building. Per conversation with the building contractor this wood will be covered with sheet rock. If sheet rock is not installed then upright sprinkler protection will be required as well as resubmittals.

Scope of work is just the front office for now. All items in this location are ok except the fire sprinkler monitoring system has been disabled. It will need to be re-certified prior to a temporary being given for the office area.

A temporary is being given as the work in the riser room and the in-fill is completed except for the elevator recall and related components. All other work outside of the in-fill has not been inspected/tested yet. Resubmittals are required to show the additional flow switch, tamper switch and instead of phone lines a DSC communicator has been installed. No final sign off untill plans are re-approved.
