C/N items finished, life safety finaled.

Items noted include missing building address numbers, one exit sign needs repaired, two self illuminated exit signs need replaced, one EM light is not functional, provide missing exit discharge lighting, attatch PFE's to brackets as discussed, remove paper faced insulation at the ceiling joists above the stage, electrical equipment/wiring at the stage and mezzanine areas to be in compliance with IFC 2009 sec. 605, interior finishes and trim to meet requirements of IFC 2009 803-808. Also noted general housekeeping issues at storage areas. Request electrical inspection be included on list of required signatures for this permit.
