Responded to complaint from ACHD. Contractor had filled ditch in front of property to build an access ramp for site. Ditch has been cleaned out and is now able to be used as a conveyance. Talked to RP about making sure that no debris or sediment is allowed to get into the ditch. Notifed ACHD.
