4-05-24 Inspection required on all floor heat installions.
210.52(B)- Kitchen counter top areas shall have a receptacle outlet with 24" of edge of counter. counter off dining area 1 receptacle on left of 48" counter top.
250.140- Dryers in units shall have grounded and grounding terminations seperated. In cord junction 2 white grounded present, 1 terminated with neutral and 1 with ground.
410.16(C)- Closet luminaires, for recessed 6" minimum clearance from storage shelf, for surface LED 12" clearance required. Several unit too close.
422.11(A)- Water heaters shall be fused to manufacturers specs. 60 amp installed on 25 amp recommended fusing.
422.30- A disconnecting means shall be provided to disconnect ungrounded from appliances. Water heaters and range hoods.
Unit 403 deck receptacle not trimmed.
