Bill and I stopped by last Friday June 25th. there are plumbing fixtures not connected to waste and water and in-operable. In particular a toilet and lavatory upstairs and a leaking sink downstairs, complicated by the landlord periodically turning off the water. In general as observed, the upstairs is not habitable in a sanitary manner. Will write up notice with code sections. 7/1/2004 4:55:31 PM
