The sprinkler piping in the retail area can be covered but one upright sprinkler head in the stockroom is overspaced and an existing hanger for piping along the stockroom wall has been disconnected from the roof deck.

Two sprinkler heads are too close to one another in the west soffit, repair the two broken exit signs and provide emergency lighting in the back room at the secondary exit, remove all of the dead bolts from the rear exit door, provide lever hardware on the rear exit door and tag the fire extinguisher.

The underground is ok to cover except for the vault/access at the remote FDC has not been installed nor has the auxillary drain or the ball drip or even the drainage field. I contacted Stan Beus about this. He stated these items would be called in for inspection.

Provide annual inspection for the fire extinguishers, provide fire protection under the warehouse overhead doors and provide a racking permit for the storage in the warehouse. Per Kathy Weisupp there is no racking permit for this facility.
