Verbal to RP: Concrete residual has been washed outside the pit as well, vehicle tracks have ran through the concrete. Informed RP via e-mail to cleanup and provide better oversight to prevent this from occurring in the future. An inspection will be performed by Inspector 460 on Monday July, 13th. In addition, site needs to have dust addressed, blowing dust observed during inspection.
