TCO inspection for Towers 1 and 2, including exit signs, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, etc. for partial occupancy for this portion of the building. Fire sprinklers and fire alarm system testing for this area is completed. A temporary one-hour wall and fire door separates towers &/2 from towers 3&4. Unit EVAC plans are currently being made up and are pending. OK to occupy Towers 1 & 2 - all floors.

Completion of fire alarm interface for Jump Bldg (above parking garage), including 5th and 6th floor wet pipe waterflows, tampers, etc. Test of 6 dry-pipe valves supplying standpipes for exit stairs in the above ground parking garage - three located at grade level, and three located in the lower parking garage. All six tested satisfactorily, including low-air alarms and waterflow alarms. All six dry pipe valves were trip tested to ensure proper operation. NOTE: U/G parking and Helix systems are on a separate permit.

Final inspection for the dry pipe valve protecting the north parking garage. Trip test resulted in 85 seconds to water at the IT, so the contractor agreed to install an accelerator. Will retest after this is installed.

TCO is requested for this section of the building, so this was a pre-final inspection for the units in this area of the building. A few escutcheon were missing, but were installed before the end of the inspection. Fire sprinklers for this portion of the building are finaled.

Tower 2 fire alarm testing, including elevator # 1 recall functions, MP, SDs, unit smoke detection, SFDs, general notification and rooftop HVAC units serving tower 2. All devices staisfactorily. GC is requesting TCO of Tower 1 and 2 (all floors). Fire alarm system has been tested and is functonal for these areas.
