Occupant notification appliances in sleeping areas of north wing required to be low frequency sounders. Heat detector in north wing bathroom needs to be replaced and retested due to damage to device. Heat detectors in attic space are restorable and means for testing are required for next inspection.

Fire sprinkler passed and finaled. Flow switch, tampers and PS in riser room tested. Interior and exterior sprinkler heads and escutchions inspected. Required signage, replacement heads and documentation in place in riser room.
