The open sales area of the lower level is ok to cover except for locations where earthquake bracing is required to be verified. None of the smaller, outer rooms, have been inspected for cover. Several locations on the sales floor require modified sprinkler coverage. There is atleast one concealed space with no sprinkler protection but with exposed wood. Also the 2 1/2" branchlines in the lower and upper level areas require lateral earthquake bracing.

Exit signs have not been repaired. Also an AES panel has been installed without a permit. The AES panel needs to be inspected and passed prior to a building life safety final.
