Failed first Site Prep. Went back same day and corrections were nearly complete. Had to finish approx 25 feet of trenching in wattle and needs to go back and tuck in sod on backside so it can't fall in canal. Canal water has been turned off and storm drains are protected. Discussed importance of maintaining grassy buffer as one of the BMPs.

1:1 slope has mostly achieved final stabilization. Small areas on east side of property have not achieved required density. Silt fence and DI's still in.
