110.3- Outdoor receptacles not working.
110.3- Level 2 (Kim D office) receptacle outlets not working.
110.3- Baseboard manufacurers instructions state receptacle outlets shall not be installed over baseboard heaters.
110.26- Level 2 (Kim D office) Minimum work space shall be provided for panel K2-P1. Built in desk installed in front of panel.
210.70(A)(2)- Each door with access to exterior shall have a luminaire installed for egress.
300.15- All wiring shall terminate in a box. Patio light wires.
314.25- All boxes shall have covers. Light box over stair and wire for light over door.
BCC 4 05 17- Unlawful electrical procedures. All work to be performed by a licensed electrical contractor. It has been reported some receptacles were changed by an unlicensed person.
