Remove the manual flush bolts from in-active leaf of the main exit. See IFC 1008.1.9.4. Provide testing of the exit signs/emergency lights. Relocate or remove the exit sign at infilled door. Upright sprinkler heads exceed 130sq. ft. spacing at restrooms in warehouse. Provide and mount tagged fire extinguisher in normal path of travel as discussed.

All times tested except there are issues with the duct smoke detectors. The first duct detector found and tested shut the hvac unit down but came in as the wrong zone. The second duct smoke detector found could not be tested due to the hvac unit not staying operational. The remaining two duct smoke detectors locations are not readily known nor is their controlling thermistats.
