Informed Larry that we can support a temporary occupancy for the business with the conditions that all required exits have panic or fire exit hardware, as per the approved plan, exit signs fully functionable, fire extinguishers tagged and installed in approved locations, plans revised to reflect actual construction performed and resubmitted for IBC plan reviewer approval. Under this temporary occupancy approval, no events can take place where occupant loads exceed 50 persons. Per Troy- it does not appear fire sprinkler modifications are required. SJA
