I stopped at the building and found that the thumbturn, located on one of the two exits, that had been disable at the previous inspection had been put back in service. I left a correction notice on the door requesting that the thumbturn be removed. I also left a correction notice on the tenant that this permit applies to stating that their temporary occpancy has expired and that all required inspections need to be called in. Provide verification that the annual inspection for the sprinkler system will be done this month. Provide door hardware for the new offices. Relocate the smoke detector to be above the fire alarm panel and change the horn/strobe to a horn.
