Pick a door that is to be the main entrance/exit. This door will need the thumbturn lock removed and keyed provided. All of the other doors will need the thumbturn locks removed. The provided fire extinguisher is too small. Provide a 2a10bc with a current inspection tag from a local licenced fire extinguisher contractor.

The earthquake bracing as noted in the previous inspection has not been corrected and the upright heads on the second floor that were spaced too close together have not been corrected either. Leroy and I agreed they could be verified at the final inspection.
