It be for the shaft duct to be covered on floors 3-9 Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Amanda Farnsworth - Okay to build shaft wall on floors 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9. Need to repair or replace fire blanket on outside of the damper sleeve on 4th floor. If repaired need to provide the manufactures instruction for repairing when reinspected.
