This conference was for whether the doors from the tenant spaces to the stairwell can lock. Per the 2006 IFC these doors can not lock except if the meet the three exceptions. I let Dan know.

Provide current annual inspection for all of the fire extinguishers, repair the emergency light mounted on the east wall, repair the exit sign/emergency light above the south exit door, provide sprinkler protection in all of the areas not shown on the plans which include a large office at the north end of the building, a plastic storage shed near the center of the building and the wooden shed inside near the south wall. Also provide updated approved drawings showing the new wall layout.

The piping tie-ins for the overbuilds has been completed. In many locations the existing cpvc piping is exposed in the attic space due to the insulation settling or being knocked down. This led to a freeze up last winter. I notified the general contractor of the importance of getting this repaired and could hold up occupancy for the new areas. He stated that the owners were aware of the problem and are getting bids from contractors to get the problem fixed.

Life safety passed. Per Al Caine, with the state of idaho elevator division, they do not require our sign off. This elevator and the associated monitoring system has been inspected and passed by the state elevator inspector and has not been inspected by the city of boise.

The elevator did not recall to the second floor when the mechanical room smoke detector was activated. The other recall functions worked.
