	Onsite meeting with Westminster Homes project managers to discuss significant hillside erosion and sediment runoff issues. Part of issue is the intensity of storm received and the home does not yet have permanent stormwater drainage facilities (gutters, injection well) Corrections discussed: 1. Clean gutter and DI bag out on Selkirk 2. Clean loose dirt and sand on top of and around retaining wall. 3. Install sediment control wattles (trenched in) along the length of back of the house and at the discharge point to neighbors (to the southeast) 4. Dig sediment basin/trench on uphill side of retaining wall. 5. Empty out trash container Work will begin on corrections today, all corrections due by next Tuesday morning.

Does not appear any permanent stormwater features are installed. Will need to repair rills/gullies and install temporary erosion and sediment containment BMPs Case is pending. Unable to reach Charlie with Westminster on first attempt.
