site inspection complete - i found that the bldr/owner have substantially complied with the approved plans/conditions - the only notable change has to do with lawn - a portion of the plan called for lawn area between the business and an apt. complex - that particular strip of land is heavily sloped, skinny and generally not a good candidate for lawn so they used large river rocks and trees - I approved this change - PASS
