The water meter appears to be upstream of the point of connection, line size does not correlate, noted ten additional fitting- 6 (90's) 4 (45's) in the supply line. Need to resubmit plans and calculations supporting field modifications. Also noted insufficient pipe support due to large gaps and voids in the trench. Backfill methods to meet NFPA 13 10.9.1, 10.9.2.
