Reinspection fee will still hold due to repeat trips. Still some loose sediment on sidewalk and gutter that was not thoroughly cleaned.

No activity, discharges, or new violations. Site is in much better shape but still needs more sweeping to remove transportable dirt.

Full site walk through conducted. Site perimeter silt fence and chainlink fencing are in good condition. Lined concrete washout containers are being utilized. No issues at secondary containment area for fueling, no dewatering occuring and no other discharges to Parkcenter or to Logger;s Creek channel of Boise River. No corrections at this time.

No fugitive dust at time of inspection, though superintendant stated an operation earlier during the day did creat dust.

I stated for any hauling, grading, and stockpile removal duties dust suppression water applications should be implemented.
