Completed testing for underfloor SD at zones 8,9,10,11, and 12. Also tested MP stations at the sub fab, first floor electrical, exit stairs, and fire riser rooms. SE riser tampers and flows on systems 5,6, and 9 also tested okay. System 11, MAU's, and second floor initiating devices are not yet ready for inspection. Discussed schedule for notification testing at the clean room fab area.
