No grading or SFH actvity in phase #9. Storm drains have sediment filter mats installed and maintained, vegetation established on many slopes.

The construction access road for phase #9 homes was added to area disturbance for this permit in June 2016 and fees paid. Approved for Laser Leveling to professionally grade road to appease construction traffic concerns. Once installed, will inspect for additional erosion controls. Any trackout to Eyrie Way will need to be swept and and construction entrance should be installed.

New concrete washout has been provided and is ready for use. May require construction rock if trackout becomes an issue, but is currently in compliance.
