Verbal to RP:
Must temporarly stabilize the slopes due to the compplaint from dust and also no having any sediment barriers installed along the slope and the paved parking lot. Recommended for a temporary measure of utilizng a chemical application. Then when the weather is permitting it to begin final stabilization measures. Will re-nspect on 7/25/2011AM.

Project BMP's will be installed no later than 7/19/2011PM. All activities until 7/20/2011 will be occuring within the building.

Discussed with the RP over the stock pile of hazardous waste products. We have been informed that the cataloge the products and we have asked for a copy of the manifest report. Will follow up with the report and that all bmp's are installed correct per manufactures specification. Will inspect on 7/20/2011AM.

Left a message to contact the city or myself to find out if he is scheduled for the next RP class due to his certification has expired. Will follow up on 7/20/2011 with the status of the RP. If he is not signed up a 24hour notice will be placed of the project to provide a valid RP.
