1. Senser wire connection on the roof must be waterproof.
2. Water lines on the roof must be supported per code.
3. Pipe insulation must be rated at R-5 or grater.
4. T&P drains must run full size to 24" to 6" above grade. If two 3/4" are combined they must increase to 1-1/4".
5. T&P drains must be graded at 1/4"/ft.
6. Add a shut-off valve at the water heater next to the storage tank on the inlet side.
7. The cold water feed to the hot water heaters are undersized. Either provide unit fixture count and sizing or increase to 1" back to the water conditioner.
8. The solar panal piping must have a manual shut-off and draindown system.
9. Provide a seconday heat source or automatic draindown system to protect the potable water system at exposed locations.
10. The system must be complete and functioning. Install hot tub.
Further corrections may apply after system design review.
Please provide a system design to show how all
potable water will be protected; including control function and winterization. This must be provided in writing.
