WIP at Marina Apartments. Vertical construction at south entrance along Emerald. Grading and foundation work along Preece in the north half.

No excess trash or overfull dumpsters. MS4 on Preece has sediment bag protection, no discharges or trackout offsite. Silt fence on Emerald is trenched in, though some areas are sagging and should be reattached. Area is soon to be replaced by a landscaped berm. No sediment leaving site along this border.

Corrections needed:
- sweep up loose dirt and gravel in the paved areas. Some areas are still unpaved.

Some loose dirt is accumulated in gutter and should be swept when site is unoccupied - employee parallel parking blocking gutter. Receiving on-site storm drains have sediment protection. Trash dumpster area clean and has been serviced.

No corrections, will check for sweeping on access road next inspection.
