The hydro test for the first floor southwest quadrant passed. The rough-in failed since the floor plan does not match the plans. I told both the fire sprinkler contractor and the general contractor I would not give permission to cover. The general contractor stated he was going to cover the piping no matter what and would deal with the reperconssions later.
