A thumb turn manual dead bolt has been installed on the only exit from the procedure room. This hardware needs to be single action lever type. I was ok with this same hardware on on the secondary exit from the adjoining restroom since the primary exit has approved hardware.

There are issues with the project related fire alarm permit. Life safety will be ok to temp when the fire alarm issue has been addressed.

The duct smoke detectors and tamper switches tested ok but the facp went into trouble. I left and later returned to the project to see if the issue had been resolved and found that the technicians were still trouble shooting.
