Lanette ###-#### (5021 1/2 W. Alamosa St) substandard renters complaint - this is a garage that was turned into 2 apartments with loft, no zoning approvals for this on record. Electrical complaint that wiring shorts out and causes the fire alarm to go off intermittantly. Stairs not up to code (tread and rise not uniform causing small child to fall). Concern with no ventilation or window in upstairs loft. Not sufficient hot water, concerned water heater not adequate.
