Verbal Correction Notice:
Clean up all sediment and debris off of the hard surfaces, including the sediment clumps. Maintain the stabilized construction exit as well. Will re-inspect on 7/5/2012 AM

Correction Notice: (Verbal to RP)
1. Provide a washout for paint washouts.
2.Clean up all residual from washing out of paint prducts on the lots.

3. Clean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris. Disope of them in the approved proper manner.

4. Clean up all trash debris scattered though out the sub division. Remove or place the trash debris in the pprovided trash containers.
Failure to comply with the given notice, will result in a STOP WORK ORDER. Will re-inspect on 7/3/2012PM
