Testing of fire alarm system for the 5th floor (Tower 1) and the rooftop HVAC units for shutdown. Also confirmed test of fire sprinkler dry pipe systems with FACP.
NOTE: Many of the descriptions and locations of the various devices will have to be updated to clarify the device locations and purpose/function. Will retest some of the devices alraedy tested to confirm proper addressing.
NOTE: Tower 3 and Tower 4 areas - all floors not tested todate.

Fire life/Safety inspection for the area where they want TCO, including the podium level units (5 total) along the west/south corner, including the parking garage on the north side only. Egress, emerg. lighting, fire extinguishers, were inspected for these areas. Fire alarm and fire sprinklers for these areas have also been.Found two emergency lights that need repair - one exit sign above the main door in the lobby, and one emerg. light on the southwest satirwell exterior. Evac signs are needed prior tooccupancy.

Completion of the 24 hour air test of the the three dry pipe systems protecting the parking garage and fitness area. PASSED
Conducted a trip test of the two dry systems protecting the parking garage. The system to the north flowed at 90 seconds, while the system to the south flowed at 50 seconds.
Also hydrotested the wet system for the third floor and the wet system for the lobby area - 200 psi @ 2 hours - these both passed.
NOTE: Could not trip test the dry system for the fitness center as this area was not accessible.

Hydrotest of four (4) of the U/G parking garage dry pipe systems, and three (3) dry pipe systems serving the abovegrade stairs of stairs C1, B2, and B1. All passed the 200 psi @ 2 hrs. test.
