Hydrostatic test complete for level 2 and level 3 overhead fire sprinkler piping. Overhead fire sprinkler piping on level 1 approved for cover. Overhead fire sprinkler piping that is between level 2 and level 3 living area's approved for cover. Fire sprinkler piping that is located between the roof deck & livings area's on level 2 and level 3 cannot be covered until a tenting inspection has been completed. Any piping in these area's that gets covered before tenting inspection is complete will have cover material removed to verify that tenting insulation has been installed..

Partial rough to cover inspection for underground supply main that is on the east side of building running north to south complete, area's inspected approved for cover, area that will be inspected at a later date is the remaining underground running north to south on the northeast side of building.

Inspection request will need to be rescheduled to coincide with FIR permit final.

Rough to cover inspection complete for overhead fire sprinkler piping, fire sprinkler piping not located in attic space approved for cover. Overhead fire sprinkler piping located in attic area's cannot be covered until tenting inspection has been completed.

No fire sprinklers, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are in place (not monitored, alarm system is stand alone), fire extinguishers are in place and will be tagged with current inspection tags, door hardware is existing (round type door handles, thumbturn deadbolts). Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete.
