ESC permit sign posted. Noted to contractor that a conc. washout is required. Contracted noted that conc. being brought by volumetric mixer and that their would not be any cleanup. I also noted to contractor that mixer is not allowed to even spray down chuts after conc. placement and if found that cleanup occured without approved method, that a stop work would be issued until jobsite is compliant.
