Met with Mike from Papa Joes Pizza and reviewed upstairs area of concern. Floor has a crown in center and slopes toward each wall of tenant space. Floor appears to have settled and no excessive movement was observed when walked. Determination of floor condition and any repair will have to be evaluated by a licensed engineer. No permits or CO were found for the existing upstairs tenant "Clippers".
