Provide sticker at the main exit, provide additional fire extinguisher near the rear of the warehouse, the sprinkler heads are being obstructed by the insulation at the roof deck. I also noted that part of the mezzanine is missing a railing.

Remove the thumbturn lock from the main exit, provide automatic flush bolts at the main exit and remove the manual flush bolts, provide exit signs and emergency lights as per the approved plans, lower the fire extinguisher to less than 5', provide an additional fire extinguisher in the retail area or relocate the existing fire extinguishers so that travel does not exceed 75', repair the emergency light in the basement, the secondary exit door is required to swing out, have compliant hardware and have the dead bolts removed. I also noted that a motorized conveyor is installed on the stairs to the basement storage area and the required 36" minimum egress is gone.
