A different backflow preventor and water meter have been installed than what was submitted. The hydraulic calculations have been re-approved by tim. Several pendant heads are installed too close to surface mounted light fixtures. They need to be a minumum 3'-6" away. Several pendants also appear to be too close to ceiling fans. They need to be atleast 36" away or meet one of the exceptions. The riser service tag, head box, flow through correct orfice, removing/locking of handles were not verified.

Repair/test all of the exit signs and emergency lights, provide exit sign leading into room 102 per the plans, remove the manual flush bolts at the double doors to room 102, remove the manual deadbolts/steel bars and provide approved single action hardware on all three of the rear exit doors, remove the keyed hardware and provide approved single action hardware on the north/front exit door or remove hardware completely.
