Contactor decided to bond the grounded conductor in CT can and use grounded conductor to bond non-current carrying metal parts of maiin service disconnecting means and panel board as permitted by 250.142(A)(1). Will recall when ready.

Point of service has moved to transfer switch 2500 amp main breaker creating all existing gear to be sub fed from ATS. Normal power to bond grounded conductor at ATS main disconnecting means and emergency power to bond grounded conductor at generator due to grounded conductor being switched at ATS as per 250.30. Performance testing to be done and permanent service to be requested when complete.
