See the city approved plans for the items on the third floor that I inspected. The third floor is now nearly complete. The contractor wanted to move on to the Penthouse but of the 20 induct detectors 6 of them had operational issues that the hvac contractor was trying to sort out. I declined to continue on until the contractor was ready.

The underground supply piping is ok to cover. The piping has only been buried at 4' but per the contractor the additional required 6" will be supplied by building up the ground cover. This will be verified at the sprinkler rough-in.
