Message to RP:
1. Install an approved storm drain inlet protection within the storm drain at the end of the drive way.
2. Install the sediment barrier alont the back of house per manufactures/industry standards.
3. Provide a washout pit prior to pour and through the duration of the project. Will re-inspect on 7/26/10 PM.
