Provide verification of racking permit for the existing racks that exceed 8' and provide verification that a racking permit is not required for the three new light duty 4' wide x 8' long by 10' high racks. Provide single action hardware on the southwest exterior main door. Remove the deadbolt from the door to the common (another tenant) restroom or provide verification from Tim that it can remain. Repair the two emergency lights that do not function. Daniel and I spoke about door hardware requirements if an "A" occupancy is applied for.
