Meet onsite to discuss TCO requirements. Currently the teachers are planning to be in classroom Aug. 7th and school starting Aug. 17th. There is a delay in the shipping of the roof top equipment for this project. The indoor units and work will be completed prior to the teachers being in the classroom however the roof top equipment will not be so the units will not be functional. I told them I would be okay with a TCO for the teachers only to be in the classrooms without the HVAC system being functional, but that the system will have to be fully functional prior to kids being allowed in the classroom.
