OH re-inspection for area A failed due to several deficient items including overspaced upright coverage at the auditorium, SW heads at an electrical room are too low, foil at heads in the stage area, piping changes for branch line feeds in the hyd. calc area at the prop storage room, missing flex couplings at two locations, lacking coverage at the administration vestibule, missing EQ brace at the admin. main, new plans need to reflect the added uprights and piping changes for mains and branchlines. Some issues previously noted are corrected including seismic bracing at the auditorium and added coverage for the stair landing and main entry vestibule.
