Contrete company (Mountain View Concrete) washed out in the gutterpan to the Storm Drain which leads to the Boise River. Contacted ACHD (Tom Dillon) and informed him of the situation. Also left a message with the concrete company (Eric Williams ###-####) to contact me over the situation.
Told RP to clean up the residual out of the gutterpan immeadiatly! Will re-inspect on 7/25/08.

3. Post ESC signs at front and back of project.
