Walked job site with foreman and RP. BMPs in place and in god condition. Protecting both private and public storm drain systems. Clean job site. kiddie pools staged on site for next small concrete pour. Conducting self inspections. Moved staging area from south parking lot to north side of project.

Larry###-####. Performed inspection 7/24 PM and work had started before permit was issued. Had signage up. Discussed with RP to protect inlets. Performed Re-inspection 7/25 AM and trenching contractor brought in straw wattle around down gradient side of trench stockpile however it only laying on the ground and is not staked or trenched in. Straw wattle isn't neccessary for this project. Installed one DI BMP down gradient of work but needs the second DI protected that is located to the east prior to trenching for Jbox electrical connection

LM for RP: Keep an eye on perimeter control in back; straw wattle was not trenched in but there is wide vegetative buffer down gradient and sod is still in place on upgradient side. Washout is scattered around property and not contained; Must contain washout in centralized pit.

Verbal to RP: Stabilize stockpile in back; write in correct. DI along Woody has filter fabric; will need approved DI protection before rainy season. Filter fabric in DI must be replaced with approved DI BMP if construction is still active in rainy season; okay for now. Job site is clean.
