Zach Phone #: ###-####, informed me that the tenant that will be occupying this space is being "Kicked Out" of their current tenant space at the end of next week. He is requesting that we approve them to occupy half of the space after August 1st, providing that the half they occupy is inspected and those area’s pass inspection. I instructed Zach that I will talk to Scott Arellano about the issue, and that I did not have the authority to give an approval. Zach instructed to me that he will be calling in inspections next week for the area's they are requesting to occupy.
