Inspection was for the fire pump test. I noted three items that are required per NFPA 20 section 5.12. Drainage, ventilation and emergency lighting. These items were posted on a correction notice in the riser room.

Need forward flush, need sprinkler head in the elevator shaft relocted. The piping in the elevator shaft needs to be relocated due to the elevator guard rail. Signage is needed at the control vavles for the standpipes and at the fdc connection as discussed.

The elevator hat lights were not working in either elevator. The heat detector is too far away from the sprinkler head in the west elevator shaft and the a/v's on the first floor are missing their covers. The elevator testing needs to be started over.
