Verbal to RP Keith at Dave Evans; Plans requirements not completly installed on job, unprotected drop inlet where truck are being loaded, dirt 15 feet on hardsurfaces beyond curb, Oil dripping onto hard surface, no trash container, unmaintained silt fence, no signage nor perimeter sediment barriers. Complete ASAP (today) or further enforcement will occur.
